Governance
In 2021, we established a Sustainability Committee to manage our key sustainability priorities at the management level. The committee is chaired by the President and CEO and consists of a director serving as vice-chair and heads of relevant divisions as members. Its primary role is to promote sustainability initiatives and monitor progress to ensure continuous improvement.
The Executive Committee receives regular reports from the Sustainability Committee regarding the status of activities and plans. They discuss priority issues, make decisions, and track overall progress.
The Board of Directors receives regular updates on priority matters identified by the Executive Committee and provides guidance and oversight.
