Q. 次期チャンネルデザイン（水路計画）プログラム(Advanced Channel Design 2001)[英語]
A.
New advanced channel design program is ready for beta testing. It will replace old 16bit version but we will retain old chn data format.
I want to emphasize several new features that are implemented.
Node Editing:
- Import nodes from lnw, xyz or chn file
- Enter nodes on mouse click
- Graphic control during editing process
Face Editing:
- Graphic control during editing process
- Add toes for selected edges
- Check face integrity (flatness, orientation, convexity)
Section Editing
- Graphic control during editing process
- Multisegment sections
3D viewer:
- Interactive rotation
- 3D shading
